Skill Training

Skill Training
In many rural and low-income communities in Nepal, young people and women do not have access to proper education or job opportunities.
Because of poverty, many youths leave school early and remain unemployed, and many women depend completely on others for survival.
Better Life Social Organization (BLSO) Nepal runs the Skill Training Program to help disadvantaged youth, women, and poor families learn practical skills that can help them earn income and live with dignity.
Our goal is to create long-term change by giving people the ability to support themselves.
Current Situation
Many people we support are:
-
School drop-out youth with no job skills
-
Women with no income source

Girls forced to leave school due to poverty
-

-

Without skill training, they cannot find stable work.
